Saint Patrick's & St. Brigid's College

I am honoured and privileged to take on the role of Principal here in St Patrick's & St Brigid's College; a school with a strong record of success seen through the academic achievements of its pupils and through their sporting successes on the field and in other extra-curricular activities. This is a school which places great value on developing the whole child and nurturing and supporting each pupil to enable each to succeed in all they do.

Having spent most of my teaching career in Belfast and then in Ballymena as a Teacher of Drama and English, I am delighted to return to the North West, where I have my roots. Coming to St Patrick's & St Brigid's College is really just like coming home. The school, which nestles in the village of Claudy, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Sperrins, offers young people from the town; the surrounding rural communities and the city of Derry, the opportunity to be educated in a warm, welcoming, family environment where each child is valued.
