Our Study Programmes offer a great alternative to sixth form. We pride ourselves on helping students to find the right path to go on to further study with us, or into work or on to Higher Education.
One thing is for sure - we are totally different from school. At East Kent College you will be treated as an adult, enjoy more freedom and independence, and get to learn in a way that suits you. You'll make new friends, enjoy a Costa or two in our Refectory, and get to chill out in our new Student Social, The Basement, designed by students for students. Here you can study, or in your spare time just relax in the gaming lounge, or use the interactive TVs, PC suite or pool tables. You can even get your hair styled or have a beauty treatment in one of the College's salons!
Make sure you join our active Student Union. It's an important part of College life and is all about having fun socially, promoting what matters to you and having a say in your own education.
